

1. What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date of
purchase price. We do not refund shipping/handling costs or pay
for return costs. You can return the pendant for any reason but it
must be in the same condition as received. If you decide to make
a return simply email us with your reason for return and we will get
back to you with return instructions. Please Note: All returns must
be shipped with either a tracking or a delivery confirmation
number.
2. How do I place an order and pay for the pendant? We use PayPal
to process all payments, so you can be assured the transaction is
safe and secure. Although we use PayPal, you do not need to
open a PayPal account to make a purchase. Once you click on the
"buy now" button you have the option to either sign-in to PayPal or
to simply use your credit card.
3. How do you ship the pendants, how much does it cost?
Pendants are typically shipped either USPS First Class or Priority
Mail, depending on the weight of the package. All pendants ship
with a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Most pendants
ship for around $3.99 per pendant. We do not ship to addresses
that cannot have tracking numbers. We will notify you and
promptly refund your money in the event you are unable to
provide a verifiable address. If you order more than one pendant
please be aware that each pendant has to be purchased
separately as we are not yet set up for multiple purchases in a
single transaction. Separate shipping charges will apply. If you let
us know beforehand of your intent to buy more than one pendant
that will ship to one address we can combine the shipping rate for
you. If you have any special shipping requests please include
them in the comment section during checkout. We cannot
guarantee a request that is emailed to us at a later time.
4. How long with it take to get my order? In stock pendants usually*
ship within 4 business days. Custom orders can take an extra 2
weeks. However, if time is an issue, please email us and we will
be confirm whether or not we can get the pendant to you in your
specified time-frame. Once shipped, please allow at least 5
business days for your item to arrive. We will email you a tracking
number with your order so you can check its progress.
5. I would like to ask some more questions, which is the best
method for contacting you? For the fastest reply to any of your
questions please email us.
6. What type of wire do you use? Unless otherwise specified we
typically use a combination of 14k gold filled wire which is 1/20th
14k gold and either sterling or Argentium silver wire.
7. Some pendants look very similar but are priced differently, how
do you come up with your pricing? Pricing is based mainly upon
the value of the stone along with the type & complexity of the wrap.
8. Does the pendant come with a chain or do you sell them? We do
not sell chains. All of our Pendants come with free chains. We
have gold and silver plated chains and colored cord chains. If no
preference is indicated, we will choose which chain to send with

reserve the right to make substitutions for any of the chains
shown on this site.
9. Does my pendant require any special care? With all stones care
should be taken to protect it from scratches, sharp blows, harsh
chemicals, extreme temperatures and sunlight. Opals in particular
can be susceptible to cracks. Certain stones like Amethyst, Topaz
and Citrine may also change color if exposed to direct sunlight, so
you should be careful. We recommend familiarizing yourself with
the particular stone you have purchased to avoid any

10. Will you make a custom pendant using my own gemstone? We
do not work with stones other than those you see on the custom
jewelry page. We are constantly updating and adding new stones
every week so if you don't see something you like, check back
often. Or, feel free to email us with the stone you are interested in
and we will notify you when that stone is in stock.
11. Why does the same pendant look like a different color in the
pictures you have up? For some of our pendants we posted two
pictures so you could see two different views. The color is
different in each, even though it's the same pendant, because the
color of the stones often change depending on the lighting and
the background. This means the color is not going to look the
same indoors as it does out in the sunlight. With variation in
computer screens this also adds to a discrepancy in color.
Therefore, please do not expect the pendant to arrive with the
color looking exactly as it does on your computer screen.
12. How is the pendant packaged? Every pendant is placed
carefully in a small black jewelry box with cotton lining. Chains are
placed in the jewelry box with the pendants. We use padded
mailers to ship out our pendants to ensure they arrive safely. If
you prefer an invoice not be sent with the pendant or you do not
want prices printed out on your invoice or packing slip please let
us know at the time of purchase.
13. Do you offer wholesale pricing or quantity discounts? Yes.

inconvenience, but we do not currently ship outside the U.S.
15. Do you still sell canine pendants? We apologize for the
inconvenience, but we are no longer selling pendants for dogs.
