At Pendant Creations Online we do not have a high markup on our jewelry.
Based upon our costs and the amount of time we spend per pendant, our
prices offer customers an excellent bargain for truly unique, one of a kind
pendants. These same pendants have sold in boutiques, spas/salons, and
other specialty shops for a substantial percentage over what we charge
online, making it a profitable investment for small business owners. Instead of
individually discounting the pendants, we offer businesses a flat percentage
off the total price in addition to other benefits not available to the public.
For purchases of 3-10 pendants there will be a total discount of 15% off the
final price. Those businesses purchasing more than 10 pendants will receive
20% off total price (15% for gemstone pendants ). We also cover shipping
costs on wholesale orders, provided there is only one shipping address.
Another valuable benefit of wholesale ordering is that we offer free exchanges
for 30 days after our return policy expires. This means if a particular pendant
isn't selling, we will take this pendant back (it must be in the same condition)
and exchange it with a pendant of equal value. We will even cover the costs*
of shipping the new pendant to you. So, you have 30 days to make your return
for a full refund and another 30 days to make exchanges (one exchange is
allowed per pendant**).
Although we make every effort to update our web pages daily, occasionally a
pendant remains online that has already been purchased. We suggest that
you email us with your choices to determine availability. If any pendant has
already been sold we will suggest an alternative or custom wrap a similar
stone for you at no extra charge. Please do not use the "buy now" buttons
located under each pendant as we are not yet set up for multiple purchases
directly from the site. All online multiple purchase orders must be paid through
a PayPal invoice which we will send you within 24-48 hours after receiving
your order request. Local businesses have the option of PayPal, cash or
